Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In their original condition.
  • With all original tags attached.

Please include your order number with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Underwear or lingerie with the hygiene seal removed.
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed.
  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at atlasclubworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process any approved refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you are exercising your legal right to cancel, the standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
